Frequently asked questions
Can I run the checks at the end of the month?
You can run checks whenever you like, but they must be done daily. The goal is to catch and fix any issues quickly. If EOPYY audits your pharmacy on any given day, they expect all prescriptions from previous days to have been verified.
What happens now with QR codes and authenticity strips?
The process does not change immediately — the system is becoming hybrid and EOF authenticity strips remain valid for the next 2 years. We are in continuous contact with EOPYY leadership and adapt the app immediately to every official change.
What happens to my data?
Local installation — no cloud. The app is installed on your computer and all digital documents are stored exclusively there. Only support-related data is stored in the cloud, and only when needed to assist you.
Do I pay annually or can I pay monthly?
We chose annual billing to avoid increased accounting overhead. Monthly billing is possible, but the additional administration costs are passed on and you lose the 20% discount.
How much does Autoscription cost?
From €52 a month + VAT on an annual contract, for up to 1,000 prescriptions a month. The price depends on your monthly prescription volume, and the pricing page shows it for yours. The first month is free.
What if a prescription is missed? How can I trust you?
We have checked over 2.5 million prescriptions. Additionally, our contract includes a clause: if a prescription is cut due to our error, you can terminate the agreement at no cost and receive a full refund.
What are the computer requirements?
The computer running the app needs at least 8 GB of RAM. No specific pharmacy software is required — Autoscription works independently of whatever system you already use.
